CONTROL SOIL PH - CONGROW

One ofthe most significant contributors to plant stress in the Arid Southwest Desert is the alkalinity and high pH of our soil and water! In considering soilproperties, pH is a measurement of the acidity and alkalinity. If the soil is tooacidic, you will have plant stress. Too alkali and you will also encounterplant stress. Most of this stress comes from the plants inability to absorbimportant nutrients from the soil due to the pH problem. Good pH, as far asplant health is concerned is generally in the range from 6.0 to 7.3. Typicalnative soil here in the Desert Southwest will have a pH around 8.2!

Con-Grow

Soil Conditioner

THIS CONCENTRATED PRODUCT IS A PATENTED BLEND OF 7 MINERALS AND 9 AMINO ACIDS COMBINED IN A SULFUR-BASED LIQUID.

Granulated sulfur takes time to break down, and requires irrigation in the area applied in order to dissolve in the soil.

If You want to see quick results, use Con-Grow to condition your soil twice a year!

You applyfertilizer to your plants because you want them healthy and beautiful. Toooften the nutrients that you try to give your plants, does notget into their roots. Why? High pH! Alkaline soil has the capacity to bind thenutrients in the soil, and not release them to the plant. Consequently theplant suffers from the lack of various nutrients, especially iron andmanganese.

Newplants will generally not suffer pH problems for at least the first year. Afterthis, is when our high-pH, high-salts water begins to affect the soil. Oftenafter four or five years, salt damage and nutrient deficiencies begin to taketheir toll. Routine annual applications of Con-Grow will combat this problem.Easily applied through a hose end “dial-a-spray”, this product will keep thesoil porous and allow the salts to be flushed away. Set the dial to 1 Tbs. pergallon or for really tough jobs at 1 oz. per gallon. Even though our watercontains high levels of salts, it is still much less salty than the soilbecomes over time, and so is capable of leaching salts away from your plants.

Saltdamage and high pH complications can be dealt with. Routine use ofCon-Grow along with annual flushing of the soil can make a big difference!
