These non-pressure compensating drippers work well in a variety of drip systems but do best when installed on shorter runs without severe slopes. The take apart feature allows fast, simple field inspection and cleaning. The proven hydraulic design provides efficient, reliable service. The exit barb may be used with 1/4" drip feeder tubing for precision water placement and the large open flow path gives great resistance to clogging.

To take the flag style drippers apart, give them a 1/2 turn, pull apart and rinse in clean water. In areas with hard water, mineral deposits can often be removed by soaking the drippers in white vinegar or a product like Lime Away or CLR for an hour or so. Install these emitters directly onto the 1/2" main line tubing or they can be used with 1/4" drip feeder tubing. When installing on main line 1/2" tubing, space the drippers at least 12" apart. Use a pressure regulator at the valve attachment point and a Y-filter to keep debris from plugging lines. Get a pre-assembled drip valve to save time, money and effort. All the basic assembly is done for you!
