Product Description:
The insert fittings will connect .700 poly tubing sections in a wide variety of drip applications. They are made from high quality, high impact plastic and create a nearly seamless, streamlined look in above ground main line tubing runs. The precisely manufactured exterior edges hold the insert fittings snugly inside the tubing and form leak-proof seals. The poly tubing system will remain intact up to 50 PSI with these fittings, but the recommended operating pressure is 0 to 30 PSI. Once installed, never try to cut fittings out of the tubing. Firmly twist and pull the fitting and it should come off fairly easily. A little planning before installation will pay dividends since the inside edges of the fitting will lose their holding/sealing ability if the same fitting is used too many times.

How To Use Tips:
When using insert fittings cut the end of your tubing square before starting. Push the fitting into the tubing with a gentle twisting motion to lock in place. It's easy to see where to stop. Just push the fitting into the tubing on one end and push the tubing onto the fitting from the other end. When the ends meet, you're there! Tubing warmed by the sun or air temperature will accept fittings much easier than cold tubing. Make your system blow-apart-proof by installing a 20 PSI or 30 PSI Pressure Regulator between your valve and main line tubing. Using one of our drip valve assemblies take the guesswork out and makes the job easy. You can also build your own drip assembly with the parts shown in the diagram above. These fittings make it easy to repair and splice tubing sections.
