Locations We Ship To
  1. We ship within the 50 States of the United States of America. This does include U.S. possessions or territories.
  2. Alaska and Hawaii residents note: Because we only ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) service is limited to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Please choose one of these options on the shipping method page.
  3. We only ship internationally where ever UPS World Ship is available.
Shipping Methods
  1. All shipments are sent via UPS (United Parcel Service).
  2. We offer the following UPS shipping methods.
    • UPS Ground Service
    • UPS Third Day Select
    • UPS Second Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air
  3. Not all locations may receive Next Day Air shipments and some locations may only only UPS Ground Service available.
  4. Anticipated delivery times should be expected based on the day shipment leaves our facility. Delivery days are calculated using business days (Mon- Fri., no weekends or holidays) only.
  5. To check exact service features visit the UPS web site at www.ups.com.
  6. Certain orders that require more than one shipping container, or those with large dimensions, may require additional freight. If this occurs, you will be notified with the exact UPS freight rate and we will ask for approval before shipping your order.
Shipping Costs
(Problems & Questions)
  1. The site displays no shipping costs.
    This can be for several reasons as outlined below.
    • Your order is over the single package weight of 150 lbs. The UPS automated system cannot tell when multiple items added together would be shipped in multiple containers. Shop normally using the wagon and place your order with us via the secure order form. BEFORE we bill anything to your credit card we will call or email you with the exact shipping costs. Even if you decide not to make the purchase we will be glad to provide this information!
    • The UPS system server for obtaining shipping rates from may be down. You may add items to your wagon and submit your order normally. BEFORE we bill anything to your credit card we will call you with the exact shipping cost for you to approve or decline, it is your choice! Even if you decide not to make the purchase we will be glad to provide this information!
    • You did not enter a valid U.S. Postal Zip Code. Take the following link to "Change Your Shipping Method". This will allow you to change your zip code. Make sure it is correct and click submit. The next page should show you all shipping options available for your order.

  2. My shipping costs seem really high!
    Once again different factors can contribute.
    • All shipping costs are calculated on a per pound scale. This can affect the costs you see. If you have ordered one or two small lightweight items, there is a minimum cost for shipments even less than 1 pound. With these lightweight items you may be able to add more items without the shipping cost changing or just changing very little. Remember, there is economy in shipping up to a certain weight so you can see shipments of say 5 or 10 lbs. which have very little price difference in some cases.
    • Location also makes a difference. All orders are shipped from Henderson, NV. Shipments to the most distant locations will cost more than a shipment to Arizona or California. The shipping method you choose will also affect the shipping cost. Each method quicker than Ground Service gets more expensive, some very quickly!

  3. You do not show any handling or processing fees, is the total cost shown in my cart all I will be billed?
    DARN RIGHT!
    • As long as your wagon shows a shipping cost, product total and sales tax (If you live in Nevada or Utah) then that's it! We do promise that if there is any difference, mistake or problem with the amount shown on your ordering page we will call you and ask what you want done BEFORE any billing is processed!
      We want you to be happy and have a good experience.

  4. I still think something is wrong with my shipping cost and you're an Internet company, I don't have hours to spend on the phone!
    • Surprise!! Call us (702-568-7000) and a real person will answer the phone AND a real person will answer any of your questions! If you have any questions or concerns we encourage you to call or send an E-mail.
